Technical support is provided to help you overcome any problems in:

  • accessing products;
  • understand a product’s features;
  • installing products to your computer;
  • using the features of a product;

and to obtain licences for the software.

With some products with Partners technical support and software icences are offered through a help-line. These have the same contact details which are as follows:

Whilst immediate technical support by telephone may be available during the hours of 8.00 to 20.00 hours GMT, 7 days a week this is not guaranteed.

If immediate telephone support is not available on the main telephone number, urgent needs may be able to be addressed on the mobile number +44 (0) 7850 704188.

Alternatively it is recommended that an email is sent describing a problem. If this refers to an error message appearing in the program please advise the exact wording of the error message and the exact software sequence before the error message arose.

Email response is as soon as possible, usually with 24 hours.

Most frequent technical problem: The software generates error messages on loading to computers where recent versions of MS Windows are installed and where 'Limited User Rights' are in place. This is resolved by getting your IT Administrator to provide full administration rights so that the program can be installed and provide 'Read/ Write/ Delete permissions for the program directory in C:\Program Files and 'Avisoft' in the Registry before returning to 'Limited User Rights'
